7 Months old today.. WOW!

I promised his Nana that I would take some pictures in his overalls :) This was the first time that he sat in the grass too, so lot's of fun with that! I can't believe that 7 months has already passed since Brett blessed our lives!

Time to go to the park for a walk.. more updates to come!

Playtime with Uncle Christian!

Two handsome guys! On Tuesday, my brother Christian stopped by to play for a while! It been a month or so since Christian had seen him and guess what?! He couldn't get over how much he's changed! Seems to be the theme around here :) Brett had a great time wrestling in the floor and showed Uncle C how loud he can be! Christian told him "he better stop growing so fast" and mommy TOTALLY agrees!

Visiting with Aunt Dixie..

This picture was taken a few hours after Brett was born! My best friend Dixie drove 5 hours to see us the moment she found out I was in labor.. and she just missed the birth by about 15 minutes! I was so happy to see her and couldn't believe she drove all that way just to stay for a few hours :)

This past Friday, she and her fiance Ryan came through Fort Smith on their way to Fayetteville and stayed the night with us.. so Brett and I got to see her after 6 1/2 long months! She couldn't believe how much our boy has changed.
They are such good friends.. we wish we could see them more often! They live in Rector, AR which is in the furthest northeast county.. about as far away from Fort Smith as you can get and still be in the state! We are planning to visit them soon and explore the booming town of Rector :)

Happy Thursday everybody! I thought we could all use a smile.. nothing like baby bathtime pictures to cheer up the world's population!

Drew, Brett and I went to Northwest Arkansas this morning to look at a few houses. We found one that we think will work for us.. just waiting to hear back from the realtor if the bank will accept our lease offer.. fingers crossed. It's in a cul-de-sac really close to the playground and around the corner from the community pool.. yay!
